Capturing Knoxley: A Cherished Newborn Session
As Phoenix’s favorite baby photographer, I always cherish the opportunity to create beautiful memories for families. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with the adorable Knoxley, a sweet baby girl whose parents wanted to capture her essence with a lovely, girly theme.
A Dreamy Setup
When planning Knoxley’s newborn session, her parents expressed their desire for a soft, neutral aesthetic filled with lace, florals, and delicate colors like pinks, mauves, beige, and mint green. This palette created a serene atmosphere that perfectly complemented Knoxley’s peaceful nature.
We began with a stunning lace backdrop that added a touch of elegance. Layering in soft blankets in beige and mint green, we created a cozy nest for Knoxley. The floral accents in soft pastels enhanced the overall look, giving the images a timeless, romantic feel.
Little Details, Big Impact
Every detail mattered during this session. From the delicate headbands adorned with tiny flowers to the simple, classic outfits, each element worked harmoniously to highlight Knoxley’s sweetness. We made sure to incorporate some playful setups, using stuffed animals and soft toys that matched the color scheme, creating an engaging and heartwarming scene.
A Touch of Team Spirit
As a nod to the family’s love for sports, we included subtle elements that represented their favorite teams: the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Cardinals. A tiny Cardinals cap and a cozy Chiefs blanket made for some adorable shots, celebrating their family spirit while keeping the session soft and delicate.
