Family sessions are always a blend of connection, personality, and a little bit of beautiful chaos — and the Franklin family brought all of that and more to their session at Verrado Founders Park. Katie and Jason’s sweet love (truly, the way they look at each other! 🩷) paired with their three amazing kids made this gallery one of my favorites.
The moment we met up at the park, I knew this session was going to be magic. The soft Arizona light, the gorgeous greenery of Verrado, and the Franklin crew stepping out with smiles and energy — the perfect recipe for photos full of life.
And let me tell you… their kids are the BEST mix of personalities.
Addi is always picture-perfect — the girl who shows up ready, confident, and already knowing her best angles. She’s the kid every photographer dreams of. The second the camera comes up, she delivers the sweetest smiles and effortless poses like it’s nothing.
Greyson is the quiet, chill soul of the family. Soft-spoken, easygoing, and happy to just go with the flow. He brings a calm balance to the group, and those moments where he gave me that gentle half-smile were some of my absolute favorites.
And then there’s Madden — their little hilarious tornado of personality. Wild hair, wild energy, a million faces, and absolutely zero fear of being himself. I swear every photo of him captures a new expression, whether he’s running, giggling, or giving me a mischievous grin. He adds the best kind of unpredictability that makes family sessions REAL.
Together, these three create the perfect dynamic: polished, peaceful, and playfully chaotic — a true reflection of what family life looks like.
Katie and Jason were amazing as always, so in tune with their babies and with each other. You can feel their love in every frame — the kind of love that stands steady in the middle of the beautiful, everyday chaos of raising three kids.
